CBT (or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is a Talking Therapy treatment. It can help with a variety of emotional problems such as:

- Depression

- Anxiety

- Poor sleep

- Anger problems

- Low self-esteem

- Grief

- Trauma

CBT is a step-by-step approach that is based in the 'here and now', focusing on your current problems with the aim to improve your quality of life.

Aisha works closely with our service users to help them understand their difficulties better and develop strategies to cope with these difficulties more effectively.

You can access our Therapeutic Support by:

Calling us on 0116 220 0070 or filling out the contact form at the bottom of this page

We will then complete a referral form with you.

If we agree to get started, we would arrange an initial assessment to discuss your difficulties and consider if CBT is the best way forward.

We can offer up to 13 sessions of treatment and occasionally give a few extra sessions if required.
